ADHDassess, the ADHD Passport service from the family behind NeuroFX, is now live at adhdassess.com.
Many of the people who contact the clinic are not yet sure whether a full assessment is the right next step. Some have done a short online screen and want something more careful. Some are parents trying to put into words what their child finds difficult, before a conversation with school or a GP. The ADHD Passport is for that stage. You build it yourself: your experiences, history and everyday difficulties, at your own pace, with validated questionnaires alongside your own account and the view of someone who knows you.
What is free, and what costs £99
Building your Passport is free, for adults aged 18 and over and, parent-led, for children aged 6 to 17. No card, no subscription. You type or speak your answers, save and come back, and invite someone who knows you well, or a teacher, to add their view.
The clinician-reviewed screening report, your finished Passport, is £99, paid once. A NeuroFX clinician reviews your story and screening findings before release, and you receive an introduction letter and a clinical summary with the evidence behind it, in one digitally certified PDF, normally within five working days of payment. It is something to take to your GP, your child's school, a university or an employer. It is a screening summary, not a diagnosis, and it does not guarantee a referral, treatment, funding or adjustments.
What it means if you later choose NeuroFX
Nothing about a NeuroFX assessment changes. It remains the route to a diagnosis: a full clinical interview, validated diagnostic tools and a written report. Every Passport includes a £50 code towards an eligible NeuroFX assessment or medication service, one use, valid for 90 days. You do not need a Passport to book with us, and the code is not a reason to buy one. £5 from every Passport goes to ADHD UK.
The full detail, including who it is for and how the Passport is used, is on our ADHD Passport page.
