Changing Minds about ADHD and autism starts with understanding.

A clinically accurate diagnosis is the foundation for helping people with ADHD and autism live better lives. At NeuroFX, we go beyond assessments. We deliver fast, evidence-based ADHD and autism diagnoses with ongoing treatment, support, and practical tools.

But this is just the beginning. Our mission is to change minds about neurodiversity, about care, about what’s possible, and to support individuals in building emotional strength, focus, and long-term well-being.

We believe in clear answers, honest communication, and joined-up support that works in the real world.

Specialist ADHD Clinical Support

Tina Fox - Clinical Lead & Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner & Independent Prescriber

I'm Tina, a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner with advanced postgraduate training as an Independent Prescriber (NISP) and over a decade of experience in mental health nursing, ADHD and Autism. I offer an end-to-end service specialising in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment and take a clear, evidence-based approach that helps people understand their needs and access the best support for them.

My clinical career began in crisis and forensic mental health, working with individuals facing some of the most complex challenges. Those early years shaped my approach: calm, grounded, direct, and always solution-focused. For the past three years, I’ve worked exclusively in ADHD and autism care across respected private clinics, before founding NeuroFX to provide responsive, person-centred and accessible support for patients.

I also bring lived experience of supporting neurodiverse family members, which adds depth and understanding to the way I listen, advocate, and help people move forward with confidence. Registration details.

Compassionate Patient Support

Paul Fox - Operations Manager and Director

I’m Paul. I support Tina and look after everything outside of the clinical service at NeuroFX.

I’m not a clinician. My role is to make sure our clinicians are able to do their work properly, with the right systems, time, and standards around them, and that families and adults coming to NeuroFX feel supported from the very first conversation.

ADHD has shaped my life, as a parent and a patient, in ways I didn’t always understand at the time. That lived experience is a big part of why NeuroFX exists, and why I care so deeply about helping people find clear answers and practical strategies to thrive. Neurodiversity isn’t abstract to me. It’s personal.

I’m proud to be an Ambassador for ADHD UK, where I advocate for better understanding, better access to support, and meaningful change for people with ADHD and their families.

My background is in technology, sales, and marketing, which means I focus on clarity, communication, and making complex processes feel straightforward. If you call or email NeuroFX, it will usually be me you speak to. I’m always happy to help, answer questions, or point you in the right direction.

Why Work With NeuroFX?

NeuroFX is a family-run, clinician-led service built around care, clarity, and trust.

We work with adults, children, and families who are seeking answers around ADHD and autism, often after a long period of uncertainty. For many of us at NeuroFX, this work is personal as well as professional. Lived experience with our own family shapes how we listen, how we communicate, and how we design our services.

Our clinical work follows NICE guidance (NICE guidelines NG87 for ADHD and CG128 (under 19s) and CG142 for autism (adults) and uses validated diagnostic tools to ensure assessments are thorough, consistent, and evidence-based. Just as importantly, we take the time to explain what the process involves and what the outcomes mean in real life.

We are clear about roles and responsibilities. Clinical decisions are made by qualified clinicians. The wider NeuroFX team exists to support both that clinical work and the families and individuals going through it.

Being family-run means we think long-term, value relationships, and deliver care that is thorough, clear, and timely.
